Recommend and implement multimedia solutions for the Government's communications/ marketing campaigns. Develop 2D and 3D graphics and graphical interactions using multiple delivery methodologies. Design and/or create artwork and graphics for print, electronic products, exhibits, or displays. Operate and/or maintain multimedia equipment. Edit audio files using Adobe Audition 3 and Audacity. Design graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Create videos using Adobe Premier Pro version CS5, After Effects version CS5, and Apple Final Cut version 7. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a bachelors degree or equivalent, and zero to two years of related experience. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma and a minimum of five years cumulative experience in the capabilities outline in the Responsibilities section above. Provide feedback and analytic progress to the supervisor and the Garrison and CDID leadership. This position will require travel of up to 15 of the time to various locations involved with the Cyber COE transition efforts and unit locations to interview key leaders and attend periodic working group meetings in support of these efforts.
